В моем блоге было 3 основных тезиса:
1. Нужны договора между клубами и организаторами до того, как будет анонс команды на турнире.
2. Мы не будем участвовать только на тех турнирах и лигах, которые не расплатились с долгами. Мы никого не бойкотировали.
3. Я описал ситуацию, что Старладдер задерживает деньги, я знаю причины почему и у меня нет сомнений, что все будет выплачено, меня не устраивает лишь то, что мы обсуждаем сроки этих выплат после турниров. И за счет отсутствия контрактов это может тянуться месяцами.
В итоге, в комментариях было бурное обсуждение о контрактах и проблемах, которые нужно решить. Я нигде не написал, что ESEA или CPH не выплачивают деньги или где-то ведут себя нечестно, я подчеркнул, что мы испытываем проблемы с некоторыми организациями из-за отсутствия договоров, как например, эти две организации заплатили напрямую призовые деньги менеджеру организации. Хорошо, что наемный менеджер честный человек, но юридически они платят человеку деньги на личный аккаунт без договора, без каких-либо уведомлений владельцев организации VP. Много было ситуаций, когда менеджеры крали деньги игроков, как я могу доказать, что призовые деньги выплачены действительно VP? В ситуации с данными турнирами игроки получили все деньги, мы из года в год участвуем на этих турнирах и я нигде не написал, что эти турниры не заплатили. Считаю официальное заявление ESEA в ответ на мой блог недопониманием, что мы уже обсудили приватно.
EMC (Excellent Moscow Cup) и Techlabs действительно не выплачивают несколько месяцев, да обещают, но факт есть факт – денег нет. i-League не отказываются платить деньги, только за ними нужно или ехать в Китай или открывать счета в Китае, если бы нам об этом сказали заранее, то мы бы просто не участвовали.
Есть также большой список турниров, которые платят в течение 90 дней. Но зачастую это превращается в очень больной процесс, все эти разговоры в скайпах и почтовых переписках, с проблемами с обеих сторон, никак не помогают нашей сфере развиваться.
Может быть я немного резко написал и где-то мои слова были интерпретированы как атака на турниры. В Virtus.pro было множество ситуаций: иногда менеджеры крали деньги, а я расплачивался из своего кармана с игроками за них, иногда игроки крали деньги организации, да много чего некрасивого. Посыл блога только один: я как человек, который всегда выплачивает по своим обязательствам хочу защищать свои инвестиции законным путем, а не атаковать кого-то или вступать в войны путем анонсов или блогов.
PS: Я понимаю, что вызвал на себя удар, и что многие встанут не на мою сторону за публичное обсуждение. Но если я не буду платить игрокам зарплаты месяцы, разве не будет на первых полосах порталов заголовки, что VP - плохая организация и обманывает.
There were three main thesis in my blog:
1. We need contracts between clubs and organizations before announcing the teams participating on the tournament.
2. We will not participate only on the tournaments and leagues that did not pay off their debts. We did not boycott anyone.
3. I described the situation that Starladder delays the money and I know the reasons why, I do not have any doubts that everything will be paid out, but I do not accept the fact that we discuss the timings of those payments only after the tournaments ended. This can take months because of the lack of those contracts.
In the end, there was an intense discussion in the comments about the contracts and the problems that have to be solved. I never wrote that ESEA or CPH do not pay their money or act unfairly in any way, I emphasized that we have problems with certain organizations because of the lack of contracts, for example: these two organizations paid out the winnings directly to the manager of the organization. It is good that the hired manager is an honest person, but legally they pay out the money to a personal account without any contract, without any notice to VP owners. There were many situations when managers stole money from the players, so how can I prove that the winnings were really paid out to VP? In this situation with those tournaments the players got all their money, we participate in those tournaments year by year and I never wrote that they did not pay. I am considering the official ESEA reply to my blog to be a misunderstanding, and we already discussed it privately.
EMC (Excellent Moscow Cup) and Techlabs intact do not pay out their money for months now, they do promise they will, but fact is a fact – there is no money. i-League do not refuse to pay us their money, but we have to either travel to China or open Chinese bank accounts to get them, if we were told of that before hand we simply would not have participated at all.
There is also a long list of tournaments that pay out the money within 90 days. However, often times it turns into a quite painful process, all these talks through Skype and emails about problems of both sides does not help our industry to grow.
I may have spoke harshly in some places, and my words may have been interpreted as an attack on the tournaments in others. Virtus.pro had many situations: sometimes managers stole the money and I had to pay out to players from my own pocket, sometimes players stole money from the organization, and a lot of other ugly stuff. The blog had only one message: I, as a person who always pays my debts, want to protect my investments in a legal way, without attacking anyone or start a war through announcements or blogs.
P.S. I understand that I painted a mark on myself and that many would not take my side because of taking this discussion to public. However, if I would not be paying the players for months, would not there be first page news about how VP is a bad and untrustworthy organization?
